Because of this, it is very important that customers select the correct size before placing an order.

Please read the policy below carefully.

βœ” We Accept Returns ONLY If:

You may request a return or refund ONLY if:

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • The print quality is defective,

  • The wrong item was sent.

In these cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

To approve your claim, please send:

  • A clear photo of the defective area

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

If your return is approved:

  • We will send a free replacement, or

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are printed specifically for each customer, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items with correct print & no damage

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Items washed or worn

  • Limited Drops (unless defective)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

🌍 International Orders

Same rules apply for international customers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
